All my goods are handmade. They are continually inspected for the highest level of quality before shipping to my customers and should arrive in perfect condition. If when you receive them however, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your HR Jewellery Designs product, I have in place a simple returns policy:
Please check your goods on receipt of your delivery. In the extremely unlikely event that items should be damaged in transit, please let me know within 3 days of receiving them and arrange to post them back to me in their original packaging. I will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact me first for a returns number. If you do not inform me within 3 days, then I will have no liability for items claimed as damaged on delivery. When the goods have been returned to and received by me, I will issue you with a refund or send you a replacement item (stock levels permitting) if you prefer.
For non-damaged goods, I offer a 7-working-day, money-back guarantee. Please note this money-back guarantee does not apply to commission or remodelled and redesigned pieces. Just notify me by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt and arrange to post them back to me in their original condition and packaging. When the goods have been returned to and received by me, I will issue you with a refund. Please note that under these circumstances, postage costs on the original order cannot be refunded.
HR Jewellery Designs will not credit or replace items that have been ill treated or suffered damage through normal wear and tear or where an attempt to repair has been made by any third party.
HR Jewellery Designs will not refund any Commission or Remodelled and Redesigned pieces or those pieces that have been personalised with any form of engraving. These pieces are unreturnable unless faulty.
Please return any items using a signed-for postal service for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed unless the item is damaged.
I have made every effort to display all my items as accurately as possible. However, as colours and images may vary depending on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your computer.
Some items have been made larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults, photography techniques, showing of detail or to show the whole item.
HR Jewellery Designs may cancel any order it sees fit to do so, whereupon all monies paid will be refunded in full.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Making Your Purchase:
To make a purchase from my stock items, just browse My Website and fill in the contact form specifying the piece you would like. I will then contact you with a full and final price to include the postage and time scale of delivery. You will then be asked to make a bank transfer for the amount into the account of HR Jewellery Designs where upon a receipt will be issued.
